Description

This is a bright one-bedroom apartment in a brand-new building. It is greatly located in Palermo Viejo, just one block and a half from the Santa Fe avenue, and a few blocks away from the Plaza Cortázar, where the visitor will find several bars, ethnic restaurants and decoration shops, all in the typical bohemian environment of the area. The flat is offers a living-dining room with a sofa-bed and a dining table for four people, one bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen, one full bathroom and a nice balcony with a great view on the city and the river at the bottom. The apartment is equipped with Internet (Wi-Fi), cable TV, air conditioning, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels. The building has 24 hours doorman, a large swimming pool (available only in summer season), gym, laundry and solarium.

Excellent place to stay in BA. I would not pick another place. The apartment is greatly located, on a relatively quiet area but surrounded by good restaurants and places to eat. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean and with all the amenities you could need. The owner, Mario, a very nice person and always willing to help. A pleasure to stay in!!!

I had very good service through ByT Argentina, they kept me informed about traveling to Bs As and the documents I would need to get there.
The apartment was very nice, and the owner went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my stay by resolving some problems that came up while there.
The location is great.
