This cozy two-bedroom apartment is greatly located just in front of the beautiful Guemes Square, the Bas�lica Guadalupe, two blocks away from the Santa Fe avenue, the Botanical garden and the subway stop Bulnes, in an area surrounded by coffee-shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to the Alto Palermo mall, many cinemas and the Palermo Viejo district -full of pubs, design shops and restaurants. The flat is bright and quiet and offers a cute living-dining room with a dining table for four people, a lovely balcony facing the street, main bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom with two twin beds (one pulls out), an equipped kitchen and one full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment is equipped with Internet WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning in the living room and in master bedroom (for winter: three heaters, one in each room), refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dishes and kitchenware. Linens and towels are also provided. The apartment offers reinforced entrance door with anti-copying keys. A very good and comfortable option in a central location.

We had a great time. The apartment was in just the right area for us with plenty of shops/supermarkets and restaurants nearby.The ByT representative and the owner were very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the apartment were good.
If we come back to B.A. we would hope to stay in this apartment again
