This cute two-bedroom apartment is greatly located just one block away from the famous Florida street and the Galerias Pacifico mall, and two blocks from the beautiful Plaza San Martin. The flat offers a comfortable living-dining room, the master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds (one pulls out) and a desk area, two nice bathrooms (one of them with bathtub and the second one with shower), and an equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. The apartment is equipped with Internet(Wi-Fi), cable TV, DVD, air conditioning in the living room and in master bedroom, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, coffee-maker, toaster,washing machine, kitchenware, dishes, linens and towels. All the rooms were decorated with delicate good taste by a professional designer. A very elegant option just steps away from everywhere. The building is one of the best-preserved art-deco buildings of Buenos Aires and has 24 hours doorman..NOTE : Minimum stays 3 months. Extra monthly cost of us$ 50 for services
