This beautiful apartment is greatly located in the Recoleta district, one of the nicest areas in Buenos Aires, surrounded by parks and plazas, numerous fine restaurants, bars, and shopping areas as well as many museums and cultural activities. Also three blocks away visitors will find the Sante Fe avenue with several public transportation and the subway stop. The flat is on the 3rd floor in a brand-new building. It is bright and quiet and offers a living-dining area with a single bed and a dining table table for four people, one bedroom area with two twin beds (convertible in a queen size bed upon request), a lovely balcony facing the backyard, an equipped american kitchen (connected to the living room) and one full bathroom. It is equipped with Internet WiFi, cable TV, DVD home theatre, air conditioning, safe-box, fridge with freezer, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels.. The building has a swimming pool on the terrace (available only in summer season), solarium and laundry. A great option, very comfortable and superbly located.In this apartment check in is not allowed between 00.00hs and 07.00hs .

A proprietária Marta nos recebeu de forma simpática e acolhedora. O apartamento é moderno, aconchegante, bem equipado e muito bem localizado tendo por perto lavanderias, restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e recomendamos. Marcia e Carlos
Estuve en departamento por segunda vez ahora en el 2011 y he logrado una estadía estupenda, como ya esperada.
Teníamos incluso una linda palomita con sus huevitos en el balcón! Muy bueno para hasta 3 personas, en un barrio muy tranquilo; muy limpio.
Nos encantó el apartamento. Muy organizado, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días deliciosos en Buenos Aires. Bien ubicado, con fácil transporte y una zona tranquila.
Excelente, recomendo totalmente! Tanto a ByT quanto a proprietária cumpriram com tudo o que foi prometido. Excelente localização: mercado, fármacia, restaurantes, lanhouses e o mais variado comércio pertinho do apartamento. O apt está novinho, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Vale a pena!
Muito bom, perfeito em tudo. Novo, completo, bem equipado, com aquecimento individual. O celular que é disponibilizado ajuda muito. Já é meu segundo apartamento alugado pela ByT Argentina e esse conseguiu ser melhor ainda que o primeiro. A localização é boa, a uns 15 minutos a pé do Cemitário da Recoleta, 3 quadras da Av. Santa Fé e estação de metrô. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
Un super apartamento , de 2 pers max 3. Tratamos de mantenerlo limpio y arreglado para que siempre estuviera regio. Todo super bien guardado y con detalles justos para no cargar con tantas cosas.
La ubicacion, excelente. La idea del celular super genial. Asi estabamos en contatcto con nustra familia en Venezuela y nuestra amiga en Argentina.
Lastima que no me di cuenta que en el paquete de instucciones nos daba la clave para Internet, sino hasta Lap Top hubieramos traido.

I stayed one month at the juncal y laprida apartment (february 2011) and it simply was perfect. The apartment is a real luxury, it is bright, very clean, good furniture, an excellend bed, fine little kitchen, spotless bathroom. It is also an elegant place. There is the extra pleasure of a small swimming pool on the top of the building. The location is just superb, well shadowed streets with acacias, jacuarandas and other trees on both sides, a café, resto or panederia on each corner, shops and supermarkets just at hand, Recoleta is one of the finest barrios of Bs As and Laprida right in the middle.
The apartment is meticulously cleaned every week - as if entering a new house! Als the assistance of BytArgentina is good and punctual.
Strongly recommended!
