Description

This is bright and sunny two-bedroom apartment in Palermo, Buenos Aires. The location is great: just a few blocks away from the Las Heras Park and the Alto Palermo Shopping Center (mall), and three blocks away from the Santa Fe Ave. The area is surrounded by coffee-shops and nice restaurants. The apartment has a cozy living dining room beside the nice balcony (which was closed and has lots of plants now). Visitors will find one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with one single bed. The apartment also has one full bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and an equipped kitchen. The apartment faces the front of the building. It is quiet and sunny. Air conditioning is available in the main bedroom and in living room, central heater (underfloor heating). Cable TV (29 flat TV set).. Internet (WI-FI) also available.
