TERMS OF USE

To add a new property into our system, we ask for the following characteristics:

1) Location: Property should be located in one of the published neighborhoods, such as: Palermo, Palermo Viejo, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Plaza San Martín, Centro, Congreso, San Telmo, Abasto, Cañitas, Belgrano, Colegiales, Núñez and Suburbs to the North of the city (Vicente López, Olivos, etc.).
 
2) General conditions and equipment: The property should be in excellent conditions to welcome our guests and should also be fully equipped and furnished. Minimum equipment recommended is: air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels. It is highly recommended that bathrooms and kitchens are brand new.
 
3) Telephone: Telephone line installed should be a control line, a pre-paid line or similar.
 
4) Exclusivity: we ask to offer your property as exclusive agents for an initial period of 90 days immediately after our representative visits you and takes the pictures of your apartment.
